The TestDaF is an advanced-level language exam which covers levels B2 to C1 on the six-level scale of competence laid down in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The TestDaF exam at TestDaF level 4 in all four sections of the exam will act as evidence of the language skills needed to gain admission to almost any subject and degree course at universities and institutions of higher education in Germany. However, these subsections may be passed at different proficiency levels. Universities may require different levels of proficiency depending on the course of study. TestDaF is ideal for candidates who are willing to study or conduct research or pursue a career in Germany.
